CL/J13 : L'Ulster en forme, Aironi gagne enfin

Aironi et l'Ulster, les prochains adversaires de Clermont en Heineken Cup, l'ont tous les deux emporté durant la 13ème journée de Ligue Celtique.

Les Irlandais sont allés écraser Edimbourg (20-42) à Murrayfield. Avec quatre essais inscrits, notamment par les internationaux Rory Best et Andrew Trimble, l'Ulster prend le bonus offensif et remonte à la 6ème place.

De son côté, la lanterne rouge Aironi a signé son 3ème succès de la saison face au Connacht (20-6) grâce à cinq pénalités de l'ancien Briviste Luciano Orquera (photo).

En tête du classement, le Leinster a remporté le choc de la journée sur la pelouse de Cardiff (19-23) grâce à des réalisations de Sean O'Brien et Rob Kearney. Les champions d'Europe ont creusé l'écart sur les Ospreys, battus à Newport (21-20).

Enfin, dans les deux dernières rencontres de la journée, le Munster a tranquillement battu Trévise (29-11) avec le bonus, et Llanelli s'est imposé de justesse face à Glasgow (16-14).
